This Privacy Policy explains how tolv LLC (“we”) handles information in the WORKINGS app for iPad (“the App”).

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. The App has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking, and it does not send any data to us or to third parties.

Data stored on your device

The time-lapse videos and PDFs you create in the App are saved only in the App’s storage on your iPad. You can also see them in the Files app (On My iPad > WORKINGS). You can delete them at any time from the App or the Files app. Deleting the App deletes all of them.

Sharing

Videos and PDFs leave your iPad only when you choose to share them yourself (for example, with the share button or by drag and drop). Once shared, they are handled by the app or service you chose, under its own privacy policy.

Children

The App is intended for students, including children. Because the App does not collect any personal information, no information from children is collected.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.

本プライバシーポリシーは、合同会社 tolv（以下「当社」）が提供する iPad アプリ「WORKINGS」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

収集する情報

当社は、個人情報を一切収集しません。本アプリにはアカウント、利用状況の分析、広告、トラッキングの機能はなく、当社や第三者にデータを送信することはありません。

端末に保存されるデータ

本アプリで作成したタイムラプス動画と PDF は、お使いの iPad の本アプリ用の保存領域にのみ保存されます。「ファイル」アプリ（このiPad内 > WORKINGS）からも確認できます。これらは本アプリまたは「ファイル」アプリからいつでも削除でき、本アプリを削除するとすべて削除されます。

共有

動画と PDF が iPad の外に出るのは、利用者ご自身が共有ボタンやドラッグ＆ドロップなどで共有を選んだときだけです。共有したデータは、共有先のアプリやサービスのプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

お子さまの利用について

本アプリは、お子さまを含む学習者による利用を想定しています。本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、お子さまの情報も収集されません。

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、変更後の内容と制定日をこのページに掲載します。
